Happy Birthday everyone!

Today being ren2 ri4 or the universal birthday marked out in the Chinese Calendar, I wish everyone a Happy Birthday. It ALSO happens to be my brothers real birthday, so happy birthday to him toAo (n a sidenote).

Being the procrastinator I am, I would only be making plans for the new year NOW, because according to the Chinese Calandar, I have not reached my actual JC age yet.

Firstly, I hope to be more enthusiastic about school and JC life, as opposed to much floating around in class during 2008. And I must do more exercise and keep fit if not by NS enlistment I'll remain a fatty, and armies and fatties don't go well together. Finally, all the best to my choice of CCA and decision to continue with Venture Cord, which I hope to pass by June.

Here's wishing everyone a start to the JC year with a BANG

(damn the sexual innuendo)

Happy CNY!

Well, Chinese New Year calls for a time of harmony and cheer. This tradition finds its way into the blogosphere. Or at least MY blog. So I shall be adopting a more peaceful tone.

At 11 o clock, I would deem it a suitable time to pass a judgement on the way I spent the "first day" of CNY.

I did a bit of snacking and eating, some visiting (one family for that matter of fact), and I played on my Xbox for a little while. And the screw-up of the night happpened, landing me back home when I am supposed to be growing blisters on my thumbs on my Xbox back at Grandma's house. My grandparents decided not to play mahjong-->my mom decided to turn in early coz she wuz tired AND getting bored-->on the way home my brother steps on dog litter and we spend an agonising 40 minutes cleaning it off.

So that concludes the first day of CNY. Subsequent days BETTER be better

I made it to the second post!!!!!!!!

Joon Fai: World's best comedian or nastiest niaower? That depends on whether his joke is about you.

Li Tiansheng: One admires the way his handles work/exercise/play. But from the horse's mouth, the secret is to pay attention in class and sleep early. Well, the world is fair, Li-NoPost.

Lim Swee Kiat: Haiz...what more is there to say? Lu Jun at 16 years old(see below)

Low Jia Jie: Lives for music, and......likes to stick around ning yu?

Lu Jun: Good in ping pong, soccer, academics (may i mention ownage in IHC), guitar, singing, CS (one sweep with AK makes 3 headshots), excercise (calf muscles like small hams) and the list continues

Lu Xiao Yang: The most elusive member of the class so far. I have honestly wrecked my brains and concluded I know too little about him to post anything.

Ning Yu: Fun-loving, nice to talk to, and should consider being the second Dr Phil (counsellor who plays com games with depressed teens to help them). But i would not have the same praise for his bowling skills.

Taylor Ong: Good natured dude cum sai-kang warrior of the class and NPCC. Shares his food/Nintendo DS/just about anything, without qualms.

Samuel: Perpetual sleeper.

Han Yong: Commonly seen in the morning with cut apples and a chinese short story book in his hands. Darn good pals with Taylor, like two pieces of metal on a bimetallic strip.

Kia Wee: Tortured genius?White Paladin?Big Bad Wolf? You make the call.

Terence: I shall not comment on him for fear of suffering an intellectual rebuttal from his blog.

Daniel Wong: Did you know this guy actually pwns ur ass in studies? 97/100 for Math, top in Bio for 2 years...

Yao WenChi: Sings to himself sometimes. And look out for the hand actions he does when saying "hi". Fits into a afro-american gang any day.

I made it to the second post!!!!!!!!

Just take it away, but they can never take yesterday

It was kind of compelling to make a blogpost today because of what happened yesterday night: watching the class video, getting that Leona Lewis song stuck in my head, replaying itself from 11pm to 2.22am.

I finally went to sleep and got up the next morning trying to find a way to keep myself from forgetting this special year. I hope that by penning down my impressions of the people at 4M, it will be shut away in my head so that I can finally stop listening to Leona Lewis(sorry Wenhao).

Introducing.....4M 2008

Jing Jie: Can be as pesky as a fly sometime but as an amazing happy-go-lucky spirit. In fact, I have never seen him emo or look sad for more than 5 minutes.

Wenhao: Never sleeps. Enthusiastic Welfare Sec. Leona Lewis addict. Quite an iLeader.

Chen Bowie: Class Ninja, part of the 4M Japanese Cultural Society. Best in Touhou and Stepmania.

Zong Xian: Surprised me with his dance on iSpark Nite. Self-proclaimed emo boy but seriously there is nothing much about him that warrants so much worrying.

Eng Yu Fan: Deadset extrovert. Loves prancing around the class and making small talk. Values socialising and MSNning over math and physics (good choice)

Yu Xuan: Hidden genius and DOTA pro. Everyone says he has a lot of potential to do well in studies so he should try to prove them right.

Ho Wei Rong: Another member of the 4M Jap Society. Recently elevated to demi-hero status because of his artistic contributions to the class.

Tian Ci: Natural disposition to be a bodyguard. No one likes to mess around with him except SweeKiat.

Jay: Sleeps. Wakes up. Shouts a joke to the class. Falls sick. Blows his nose louder than Bugle Band. Sleeps.

Justin: Epitome of the Hwa Chong dream.
Term 1: Dota
Term 2: Dota
Term 3: Dota
Term 4: Below 1.5 msg

Kenii: Dual blade wielding Takashima, ruler of Foemmy. Yeah rite.....

XC: Muscles Khaw, Pump-kin, aspiring BBOY. Loves to exercise and be a gym rat.

Derek: Living, breathing clump of grey matter and cranial nerves on legs.

Hong Hui: Silent most of the time but do not be fooled, for he is well respected in the pugilistic world (aka HCI Wushu CCA)

More in next post.....
